Julie Gordan, Film Commissioner
As a life-long vacationer and resident of Bay County, for over 30 years, Julie Gordon knows the area and is active in the community.  Knowing what the film industry needs, and knowing where to find it is a key element. “Commissioner Gordon” has been working in the film industry for over 25 years. Through experience as a SAG actor since 1986, and providing Film Commission services for the past 15 years to this area, knowing both sides of the camera has proved beneficial.
Film Commission Office
The Bay County Board of Commissioners, in conjunction with the Panama City Beach Tourist Development Council (TDC); provide support and direction to the Film Commission.  The Boards embrace the advantages that come from both the marketing side of the film industry, as well as stimulating the economy by providing local employment.
